Manufacturing and Quality Control

Yongchang manufactures nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, UAN and compound fertilizers in China. Product quality checks cover concentration, nutrient content, impurities and physical properties according to the product and grade.

1. 98% nitric acid: concentration of 98.2%–98.6%, with checks for nitrous acid and ignition residue.
2. Ammonium nitrate solution: each vehicle load is tested and released after passing inspection.
3. UAN32: total nitrogen is controlled at ≥32.0%; each tank is tested against the required quality indicators.
4. Compound fertilizers: checks cover nutrients, nitrogen forms, moisture, particle size, strength, appearance and packaging.
